Quote:
MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. This course is being offered by various colleges, the duration of the course is 5 1/2 years and there are certain criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the course. The needed qualification needed is that the candidate must have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects and with 50% aggregate. And the other thing to be noted is that the candidate must have 17 years of age. As you have mentioned that you have completed Physiotherapy course which is a UG course and for which the qualification needed is completed +2,it makes sense that you will have exceeded the age limit needed for applying for doing the MBBS course at this stage. So,you cannot join in MBBS course. |

Re: MBBS can be done after Physiotherapy?
Yes, it is possible to pursue MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) after completing a physiotherapy degree. However, the specific requirements and pathways may vary depending on the educational system. In some cases, individuals with a physiotherapy background may be eligible for accelerated or direct entry programs into medical colleges. It is recommended to research and consult with relevant educational institutions or professional bodies to understand the specific requirements and options available to transition from physiotherapy to MBBS.
