Sir, I have done my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering around 7 years ago. After that I went to Bahrain for earning. Now, I comeback and want to continue my study. I want to do BTech. I have 7 years of worked experience. Please tell me can I do BTech now?

1. You can apply for Lateral Entry and Entrance Test to get admission in Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering after 7 years of gap.

2. Diploma candidates who have 60% marks or more can apply for LEET for admission in 2nd year of B.Tech course directly.

You can also take direct admission in B.Tech course.

Yes you are eligible to pursue B.Tech after a long gap also.
You can get admission through lateral entry.
You must have to clear entrance examination to get lateral entry.
