Hello Sir,
My friend got 36 marks in EAMCET and his caste is OC.
So, then he qualified or not qualified in EAMCET?
Please let me know about this asap.

No, the candidate who have secured 36 marks in EAMCET examination belonging to OC category is not considered as a qualified candidate. The minimum marks required to qualify in EAMCET examination is 40 marks out of 160 marks. Since, your friend has scored 32 marks in EAMCET examination, he will be considered as a Disqualified candidate.
