Computer science is a very coveted branch, so it would very difficult to get this branch at 18000 rank.

You can opt for some other branch like Civil or chemical.
You can look for previous year trend of closing and opening rank for NIT admission in counseling brochure. Generally, computer science closed at 5000-6000 rank.

If you very fond of computer science, then you should take IIT JEE main once again and get a good rank (within 5000).
