Hi, I just want to know that for getting admission and studying Bachelor of Theatre Arts in Lovely Professional University. I need to appear any kind of entrance exam? Because I have heard that there is an entrance exam for this course admission in this university.

There is no entrance examination available to study Bachelor of Performing Arts in Theatre in Lovely Professional University. Lovely Professional University conducts an entrance exam i.e. LPUNEST for Bachelor of Theatre Arts course. Candidates are admitted on the basis of order of merit of LPUNEST. Candidates who have passed HSC/10+2 examination in any discipline from a recognized institute are eligible to pursue Bachelor of Theatre Arts in Lovely Professional University. Duration of course is 4 years, spread over 8 semesters.

Yes, there would be an Entrance exam to study Bachelor of Theatre Arts at Lovely Professional University.

For admission you must have done 10+2 from a recognized university and need to qualify the exam LPU NEST(National Entrance and Scholarship Test).

This is an online test conducted by the university. The question pattern is 30 questions on Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology and 20 questions on English. There is no negative marking and for each correct answers you will get 4 marks. The syllabus for this is similar to that of the 12th class.
