New to IGNOU. I have mentioned a temporary address in the exam form but I need the exam grade card posted outside of India. I was told to print my grade card online and submit along with an application for graduation. Can someone tell me what application that is?

You would need to get your address updated with the records of the Indira Gandhi National Open University for that you need to submit the application along with Grade card. The university will deliver the Grade card to your Indian address. You can tell your friend or relative to post that to your out of India address.
