Re: What is the eligibility to study Homeopathy in government and private colleges?
The eligibility to study BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) in government and private colleges is a candidate must have passed 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects from a recognized board. The minimum marks required in 10+2 is 50% marks in aggregate and it also depends upon the college to college. The age limit to apply for this course is a minimum of 22 years for the general category. Admission selection will be on the basis of performance in the state-level/college-level entrance examination.
After completing the course you have a handful of opportunities since Homeopathy treatment is side-effect free and there is a lot of demand for people with a degree in this field. You may practice as a Homeopathy doctor in both government and private hospitals/clinics. You can even start your private practice and can work in the manufacturing quality control, sales, and marketing units of the field. |
