Yes, you can definitely apply for 45 days JAVA training being a B.Tech (CSE) 6th semester student. You should have done this in your 2nd year after completion of your 4th semester which would have helped to get professional and master it properly since it is a vast field. Make sure you get certification of Java from either Oracle or IBM as they are renowned globally.
