Can I apply for Training in ISRO being a B.Tech(ECE) 7th semester student?


Respected Sir,
I want to take Training in ISRO. Currently I'm in 7th semester of Electronics & Communication Engineering. I'm doing B.Tech. from IGNOU University. It is not distance learning. I have also done Diploma in ECE from Government Polytechnic, Ahmedabad. So can I apply for Training from ISRO? Please reply me.
