Those candidates who are studying 3rd or 4th year of engineering course (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and electronics) are eligible to do an internship at L & T. Candidates have to apply to the HR of the L & T Office through their college Training and Placement Cell for an internship. Competition for the internship at L & T is very high. Most of the students are selected for internships through employee referral. Therefore, it is better to apply for an internship through employee referral.
