I am a 3rd year student of amity university in btech- electronics and instrumentation and i wish to do an internship in L&T. How can i get an internship??

L & T’s Training program is of TWO-MONTHS long training with the Company.I think the months of training program may be from “April to June”.

During the internship period,you will be given a stipend of Rs.15,000/- and they reimburse your second AC rail fare,to and fro,between the place of residence and place of joining.
Each intern is assigned to a department of his functional stream.During the summer training with the L&T you may find various kind of projects.

They are like
* Core Project
* Idea Project
* Group project

Basically you will be undergoing in the core project.This project is the inter’s area of specialization.He/She is assigned to a department with the one or more projects with the specific deliverables.

Interns also do an extensive research in specific areas of their specialisation which lends an organizational context to the ideas.Project guides for the internship are selected,based on the positive experiences reported by the previous years interns.

Every Saturday interns undergo courses such as Awareness and development programmes on personal and interpersonal competencies.Basically when they come for the colleges for recruitment process they may select you.Or else you can apply for it when the notification especially released for Recruitment.
