Students have to apply for summer internships in Banks through their college training and placement cell or through internship portal or employee referral or directly. Students have to contact the Chief Manager (Learning & Development) in any nationalized bank for internships. They have to apply for the internships with necessary documents like NOC, covering letter and resume. Students are short listed based on their academic performance. Some banks may conduct interviews for selecting the students for internships. Employee referral is one of the best ways to get internship as many interns are selected through employee referral.
