To do internship in any electronic companies like BHEL, BEL, BSNL,etc. You need contact with the HR department. First you need to select the company in which you want to do internship. Select the topic on which you want to an internship and why. Then you need to proceed according to the rules or procedure of the company provides an internship. First need to take NOC from your HOD of your college and submit it along with application form.
