How the recruiters will select the students who are all looking for an internship or jobs?


Now most of the people will looking for an jobs or internship...if they will apply for an internship means how they will select and wat bases they wil select ????

There are various measures of selecting candidates for internship by a company. It differs from company to company however the general procedure remains the same. The company selects candidates on the following measures.

1. CV of the candidate- The CV of the applicants are evaluated thoroughly before taking any candidate as intern.
2. Reference Name- Contacts with any employees of the company often help in getting internship opportunity.
3. Telephonic Interview- Some high profile companies also conduct telephonic interviews for selection of candidates.
