The summer internship intakes are managed by the HR department of the company. You have to contact the HR manager of the company first, then you have to follow a procedure for getting selected for the internship.

You need a good Resume with a reference letter from your college Principal or Head of Department. If you have reference in Tata Motors, then your Resume can be forwarded by him/her for the internship. Those who have reference have good chance of getting selected for the program.
