1) you must have knowledge of creating 3D design visuals on Google Sketch
Up based on 2D floor plans as per requirement of homeowners.

2) You have to connect with homeowners and understand their requirements
properly what they are actually looking for.

3) You have to satisfy the customer by providing high-quality 3D renders of
designs as per specifications within the time period expecting by the
customer.

4) You have to explain to the customer about the 3D plan and take
necessary feedback and suggestions from them.

The candidates must have excellent communication skills along with the knowledge of AutoCAD , Adobe Photoshop and 3ds Max etc.

You should be able to convert the 2D structure into 3D structure as per the customer requirement.

The selected candidate will be offered a stipend of Rs.5000 per month with incentive of Rs.500 on every 1000 Sq. Ft.

The candidates must have excellent communication skills along with the knowledge of AutoCAD , Adobe Photoshop and 3ds Max etc.
