Working in BSNL after MTech is good for Future?
I have joined as a trainee Intership in BSNL after passing my Mtech in telecommunication. Is it good for my future?

BSNL is undergoing a transformation to become a private entity with less losses & more profits. All workers in BSNL are on Contract basis. Those who were permanent employees earlier are retiring in few years. As for now, due to Contract labour the workers are overloaded with work. Customer service is taking a back seat right now.
The future plan is to get optic fibres everywhere & have contract labour. They want to privatise & compete. |
