Currently I am working with a construction company in Human Resource Department as a Training Coordinator after completing my (BBA) graduation degree. Now I want to proceed my qualification towards master degree, post graduation degree or post graduation diploma. So, Which master degree or diploma will be more suitable for me to secure a good future in current department ? Please advice me too if I can go for other department ?
