The RPO industry has seen a marvelous growth over years. Starting as an experimental practice, the RPO sector has evolved into a full-fledged industry. And the growth is continuing as well. So we can expect many opportunities. For increasing your payscale, you need to improve your skills such as:
1. Candidate research
2. Compliance tracking
3. Reporting and Audits
4. Hiring Manager Training
5. Process Mapping
6. Technology Consulting
7. Third Party Vendor Management
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
