I have heard about the course which is PhD in the specialization of Home Science. I want to do PhD in this specialization in Kota University. Can you please let me know about the procedure to secure admission? Thank you!

The admission procedure to study PhD in Home Science at Kota University is a candidate must have done a Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% Marks in aggregate for general category and for SC/ST it is 50% marks in aggregate. Admission selection will be on the basis of entrance test which is conducted by the university followed by interview.

For application form a candidate can apply through university website www.uok.ac.in by clicking on Students Corner tab. Select Online admission 2019 option from the dropdown then fill the application form with all the required details and upload the scanned copy of documents. Pay the application fee online and then submit the application form. You will get the notification regarding the entrance test from the university.

Kota University conducts PhD in Home Science program depending upon the vacancies for PhD. You will need to appear for a University level entrance test for admission to the Ph.D. in Home Science. After qualifying the entrance test you are required to face an interview to discuss your research interest followed by the allotment of the supervisor accordingly. The admission to study PhD in Kota University is based on entrance exam after that if you are passed in test you will have to appear in an interview which is conducted by the university itself.
