After M.com in accounting below given exam has to be cleared to become a professor.

You go through UGC NET/ CSIR in Accounting or relevant subjects and secure good marks.

Now you can apply for position of professor in any university.

There is no age restriction to be professor.

Your final selection will be done through interview.

After M.com in accounting the candidate will have to appear in the National Eligibility Test exam and will have to qualify this exam to become a professor.
The candidate should be Indian.

GATE
CSIR NET

If you have PhD. degree then you can apply directly and you will be exempted from entrance exam.

• There are three levels of teaching degrees:- a Diploma, Bachelor's, and Master's in Education. If you would like teach primary school, you will need a minimum of a Diploma (D. Ted.). B. Ed is an exam for teaching in schools. After M.com in accounting if you want to become a professor, you need to clear UGC NET exam and further you can pursue your PhD. Once you clear NET exam you are eligible to become a professor in Commerce. Minimum percentage is 1st Division in your Masters in accounting for the same.
