Indian Council of Agricultural Research(ICAR) offers Ph.D program in various subject related to agriculture. Agronomy is a sub-subject of Natural Resource Management-II. Another sub-subject of NRM-II is Soil Sciences. As you want syllabus of Agronomy, so I have attached it. I have also attached books posters, these books are very helpful and contains previous and model question papers for your preparation.
