The minimum marks must be at least 55% without rounding off the figure. Also, if a candidate belongs to other backward classes like non creamy layer /Scheduled caste / schedule tribe / persons with disability needs to have minimum 50% marks in masters degree or its equivalent exam to be eligible for appearing in UGC NET exam.
Your percentage is not enough to make you eligible to appear in this examination.

The eligibility criteria for UGC-NET(Mathematics) is as follows:
1.The candidate must be of Indian.
2.The candidate must complete MSc or equivalent with a
minimum aggregate of 55% for general and OBC .
whereas 50%for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
3.The candidates with BSc degree are eligible only to
JRF(Junior Research Fellowship).
4.The upper age limit for JRF is 28 as of 1st July of the
applying year.There is no upper limit for lectureship.
(NET).For SC/ST/PwD relaxation of 5 year is given.3
years relaxation for OBC(NON-CREAMY LAYER ONLY).
Therefore you are not eligible.But kindly go through official notification.

Sorry but you can't appear for UGC NET exam minimum 55% required in you're postgraduate degree...
Relaxation on for reserve candidates percentage relaxation...
