Am I eligible to appear in the UGC NET after retirement being a 55 years old Defence Serviceman?
Sir, I am in Defence Service from the last 27 years and now I am 55 years of age and about to retire. I want to appear in the UGC NET after my retirement. Am I eligible to do so? Please let me know if I am eligible or not.

No, You are not eligible to appear in the UGC NET after retirement being a 55 years old Defence Serviceman.
Those who have served defence are eligible to get age relaxation of 5 year than mean for defence personal upper age limit is 35 year for 1 July of respective year. So, Being an overage candidate you are not eligible to appear in UGC NET. |
