Those candidates who have completed M.A in Political Science with above 55% marks from a recognized University are eligible for Ph.D course in Delhi University.

There are no age criteria.

Eligibility required to pursue PhD in Political Science in Delhi University:

To pursue PhD one should have the masters degree in Political Science. There is no age limit for doing PhD degree in Political Science. The students are also eligible if they have M. Phill degree or 60% marks in MPhill part 1 or masters degree with second Division with at least two resources complication. The admission in this program is totally depend on the marks required by the individual in his or her bachelor's and master's degree course.

First of all you need a masters degree in political science with at least 55% marks. In case of reserved category there is relaxation of 5% marks. Admission is on merit based on the performance in written exam and interview.

You have to apply when admission notification is announced by the concerned university on a prescribed format. Those who have NET/SET/GATE qualification are exempted from written exam.
