If you are done PGDM course through recognized university, which is approved by UGC then definitely you are eligible. Those candidates who have completed the Master degree course are eligible.

PhD Computer Science Eligibility Criteria:

> The applicant must have completed a Master degree in relevant discipline with at least 60% percent marks in aggregate (or 6.5 CGPA) at both B. Tech. /(or M.Sc./M. Pharm/MCA) and M. Tech. levels are eligible.

> The admission for this PhD Computer Science is based on the entrance exam conducted by the respective university. Those candidates who have qualified in NET/UGC entrance exam can directly get admission to PhD Computer Science.
