Re: Am I eligible for UGC NET law subject being a MA in police administration?
No, you are not eligible for NET (National Eligibility Test) exam as you are pursuing your master degree. The exam is conducted by UGC (University grant commission).
Candidates who have completed their Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks in it and in the respective subject are eligible to appear for the UGC NET examination. Final year candidates who are awaiting for their results can also appear for the examination. |

Re: Am I eligible for UGC NET law subject being a MA in police administration?
To determine your eligibility for the UGC NET exam in the law subject, you need to meet certain criteria established by UGC (University Grants Commission). While having an MA in Police Administration is not a recognized qualification specifically for the law subject, UGC sets the minimum requirement of a master's degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) or an equivalent grade from a recognized university.
Since Police Administration is not directly related to law, it is advisable to double-check the specific eligibility criteria mentioned on the official UGC NET website or contact the examination authority for accurate information. |
