Can I do Ph.D after MCA from IGNOU or I will have to do M.Phil or M.Tech first?
I had taken MA Economics and had done MCA from IGNOU. Can I pursue my career for PHD in computer science. or I'll have to do M.Phil OR M.TECH first then I can pursue Phd.(since in distance education)
