Can I do Ph.D if I have completed MA with 53% from IGNOU?
I have done MA in English through IGNOU with 53% marks can i do Phd please guide? I am confused if I am eligible for Ph.D after doing graduation from distance mode. So, please let me know the procedure which I need to follow if I need to be eligible for it.

I am going to complete my B.A in June 17 from ignou with Political science &English. Now I want to do additional B.A with economics. What is the procedure for additional B.A FROM IGNOU?
Can I do additional B.A (economics) with M.A economics? |
