Can I get stipend to study PhD through UGC-NET?
If I give UGC NET and selected for PhD course then I can get stipend? I am trying to search for my question but unable to find out. I will apply for UGC NET after my M.A. I am studying Archaeology in my M.A.

Yes, definitely you will get stipend while pursuing Ph.D course in the respective stream.
Once after completing your MA degree course with a minimum of 55% of marks, you can apply for Ph.D course in the relevant. You can expect an amount of Rs. 15000/- to 25000/- as a stipend depending on different Colleges. |
