The duration of the course (PhD in food biotechnology) is 3 years to 6 years, depending on your research work.
The course structure roughly is as follows: Subjects of Study 1. Research methodology 2. Recent Advances in Dairy Engineering & Technology 3. Recent Advances in Cereals, Pulses & Oilseeds Processing 4. Recent Advances in Bioprocess Engineering 5. Statistical Techniques 6. Advances in Food Biotechnology 7. Recent Advances in Fruits & vegetable Processing 8. Comprehensive Course in Food Engineering & Technology 9. Recent Advances in Meat, Fish & Poultry Processing 10. Recent Advances in Food Engineering These subjects are followed by all the universities and colleges. |
