Hello everyone, I want to do PhD(Botany) from Karnatak University. I just want to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission and studying this PhD course in this college. Please tell me immediately. Thank you!

The required eligibility to study Ph.D. (Botany) in Karnatak University is the candidate should have passed Master degree in the same field with at least 60% from a recognized university. The final selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance and Personal Interview. The course duration of Doctor of Philosophy in Botany is 3 years.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Botany with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam in Karnatak University. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There are no age criteria.
