Respected Sir/Madam, I want to do PhD now as I have done my MA in Geography. I don't know about the eligibility criteria for doing PhD course. So, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for studying PhD program. Kindly tell me immediately.

Eligibility to study PhD for MA(Geography) postgraduate are as follows:-
Candidate must have completed their Post-Graduation from a recognized university in that particular specialization.
Candidate must have to score at least 50% aggregate.
Candidate must have to clear entrance examination to get admission.
There is no any particular age limit required.

As per my suggestion, you should go for the PhD (Geography) course after completing MA(Geography).

Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidate should have passed post graduation with at least 55% from a recognized university.

2. The admission of the candidate will be done on the basis of entrance test and direct interviews of the short-listed candidates.

The duration of this course is three years.

Eligibility to study PhD are mentioned below:-
Aspirants must be a holder of Master’s degree in a particular specialization with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
Maximum and minimum age limit not required.

Eligibility to study PhD for MA (Geography) postgraduate are mentioned below:-
Candidate must have completed their Master's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate in the last qualifying examination.
