Entrance exam available to study PhD(Political Science) in Tripura University are as follows:-

Admission to Ph.D. programmes is performed through Research Eligibility Test (RET).

Exemptions from RET for Ph.D. programme:-
NET/SET/GATE qualified students, Project Fellows, University Teachers, College Teachers in the regular employment will be exempted from RET provided they must fulfill the essential eligibility requirements. Those students have to appear in the Interview & Viva-Voce conducted by the University.
