You are not eligible to pursue M Phil after pursuing Bachelor in Business Administration because the minimum qualification required to pursue M.Phil is Master's degree.
You have to complete your Master's degree after completion of BBA then only you can pursue M.Phil.

After completion of BBA you should go for MBA.

With a master of Business Administration degree, you can pursue leadership roles in different sectors including Banking, Finance, and others.

The candidate seeking admission in M.Phil. in business administration must have 16 year education (BBA-Hons or MBA 2 years) with minimum 2.5/ 4.0 CGPA.

In addition the candidates will have to take entry test. Only those candidates who will qualify the entry test (pass marks 50%) will be called for the interview.

°°° You are not eligible to pursue M Phil after completing BBA Hons because the minimum educational qualification required to pursue MPhil course is post graduation in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or Institute with at least 55% marks and 50% for reserved category students from a recognised Institute.
Firstly you have to complete your MBA after completing BBA then only you will become eligible to take admission in M Phil course.

Personally, I would like to suggest you to pursue PhD directly after completing
MBA.
There is no need to do MPhil and you have to clear your NET/JRF Sam if you want to get shortlisted for PhD interview without entrance otherwise, you have to give entrance examination that is conducted by that particular University where you want to seek admission.
