You have to do Master's in Commerce with at least 55% marks from a recognized University and then if possible clear UGC NET with a good score.

Those who are UGC NET qualified have good chance of getting admission into a top University. UGC NET qualifying is not essential but if you want to pursue Ph.D from the best University, then make sure that you qualify this exam. Otherwise, you will get admission in any University which has vacant Ph.D admission.

Also, make sure that you have a good academic record in Commerce Post Graduation from a recognized University. Therefore, if you don't have this qualification, then try to get this qualification as soon as possible.

Some of the top colleges for Ph.D in Commerce are listed below.

1. R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics - Mumbai, Maharashtra

2. Jamia Millia Islamia - New Delhi, Delhi

3. CMS College of Science and Commerce - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

4. Smt. M.T. Dhamsania College of Commerce - Rajkot, Gujarat

5. Dhanraj Baid Jain College - Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
