Yes you can do Mphil / Phd. your maaster degree mark is sufficient for this but if you want to do these regularly then you have to give NET/SET. NET is an half yearly conducting exam. it is called national eligibility test. it is for junior research fellow and as well as for the job of lecturer. it is for phd. you can get each information by searching google. SET is a state based exam. but all the characters are same as NET.
but in the case of Mphil you have to give some interview or written test conducted by the university from where you want to do the degree. but in this case if you can qualify the NET then you are widely acceptable for both the course. some university also choose students by shortlisted the students on the basis of marks obtained in different stages.
so you have to collect information from loyola college about the proper procedure for the entrance. you can gate information from their own website also.
for your kind information, i also add that phd is more valuable than Mphil. Phd takes 4-5 years & give Doctorate degree. But Mphil is 2 years degree course.

I have already completed M.Com (Accounts & Law Group) FromDr Bham Raw Ambadkar University Agra 2006 percentage 48.80%
B.Com. From Dr Bham Raw Ambadkar University Agra 2004 Percentage 46.67%

I want to do phd. Please advice PHD Or NET Exam.
