Indian Council of Medical Research recruits candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Candidates with minimum of 55% in their Master Degree are eligible.

It contains 2 Sections. These two sections are multiple choice questions and are as follows:

Section I:

It contains questions from Aptitude and are 50 and for 50 marks in number. This includes,

• Common Statistics
• General Knowledge
• Logical Reasoning
• Scientific Phenomenon in everyday life

Section 2:

It contains questions from subjects from Life Sciences (Part 1) and Social Sciences (Part 2). Each part has 100 questions and candidate need to answer 75 questions from each part.
