Is it mandatory to pursue PhD for furter joining research field?


Sir, I have completed my MSc in Botany and scored 75.4% marks. I have completed my Post Graduation around 5 years ago and now I want to join research field. But I came to know that I have to do PhD for joining research field. Is it mandatory?

For PhD , candidates must have a post graduate degree with minimum 55%marks from a recognized university
