As per the current norms, if one completes his/her Master's degree course within two years of the declaration of NET (National Eligibility Test) result of that session in which he/she has qualified the same examination then that NET qualification e-certificate will be considered a valid NET certificate.

So, if your degree completed in 2021 is completed within two years of the NET result declaration which you qualified in 2019, then that NET certificate is valid otherwise you will be required to reappear in the same examination in order to get valid NET e-certificate.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
