Is phd from a foreign university approved by UGC and AICTE in India? Hi sir please let me as soon as possible. I am looking for a quick response from your side. |

How can be degrees obtained from foreign universities approved by the University Grants Commission and All India Council for Technical Education.
These approving bodies are responsible for approval of colleges and courses at levels of education like undergraduate or post graduate in India only. Degrees of foreign universities will be approved by their approving bodies. |
