I want to appear in BA 3rd Year and I have done my BA 1st and 2nd year in the year 2003 from Punjab University Chandigarh. Whether I appear or BA 3rd Year from CMJ University, Shillong or nor? Is it valid or not? If yes then after my BA degree obained from CMJ University, Shillong Can I take admission in MA from Punjab University Chandigarh?

i have done two year diploma in library science from CMJ University and apply for punjab govt job.but the punjab govt not consider my diploma. is any one have any written evidence that if i have done any diploma/degree from UGC recognized universities then it is valid all over india for govt jobs.

and any body also suggest me that can any state govt have right to reject any degree/diploma issued by ugc recognised universities
