Yes, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology offers Ph.D Programme in Physics. Applications shall be submitted through online, the IIST website is www.iist.ac.in. There is a fellowship programme also available. The eligible can get Rs.25,000 as fellowship for the first two years. You can get all the details in the official website.
