Is phd from Manav Bharati university valid? Can someone please give me the complete information on the same? Awaiting for the answer soon!

Manav Bharti University is a newly established university but courses offered are approved by UGC. It doesn't comes under the blacklisted universities list published by UGC. Therefore, no need to worry as far as affiliation is concerned.

You should visit the campus yourself and check out the facilities and infrastructure before admission. It will not be difficult to get admission in these new universities because there isn't much competition for admission. Also, contact senior students who have passed out for better review of the university.
