Possibility to get admission in Kerala University for part time Ph.D programme for a village officer under Kerala Government who has passed PG in Public Administration?


I have passed PG Degree in Public Administration with 60% marks. Now I am working as village officer under Kerala Government. I wish to do part time phd in Public Administation in Kerala university. Is it possible for me to do part time phd in Public Administation in Kerala university?
