Possibility to get stipend for studying PhD(Fine Arts) in Presidency University?

I want to apply for a PhD program in Fine Arts in Presidency University. So, I would like to know is it possible to get a stipend for this PhD program? Kindly let me know about the stipend as soon as possible.

Only UGC NET JRF score card candidates are eligible for stipend for Ph.D course. If you are a gold medalist in masters degree from your University then you are eligible for scholarship. Few University provided stipend during PhD work from University funding. University funding amount is 8,000/- per months.
