Possibility to pursue PhD(Genetics) for a Nursing student?

Hello everyone, I have planned to do MSc in Nursing after completing my BSc in the same specialization. But I want to do PhD in Genetics. Is it possible? If yes, then please tell me how can I study this PhD program?

To study PhD Genetics you have to complete your Post graduation with minimum score of 55% in relevant field from recognized university.

Once you completed your PG than you can go for UGC NET entrance exam.

With valid score is UGC NET and going through counselling procedure of UGC NET you can secure admission in any University.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
