Possibility to study part time PhD in Biostatistics with 60% in MSc(Biostatistics) for a candidate of Kakatiya University?

Hello everyone, I have completed my MSc in Biostatistics from Kakatiya University. Now, I want to do part time PhD in same specialization. I have scored 60% marks in my MSc. So, is it possible to study part time PhD program?

You have completed M.Sc in Bio-statistics from kakatiya University so you are eligible for part time Ph.D course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% from a recognized University are eligible for Ph.D program.
