Procedure and eligibility to apply for DBT-JRF to study PhD in Biotechnology?
Hi,
I want to apply for DBT JRF for doing PhD in Biotechnology. Please tell me the procedure for applying. I also want to know the eligibility criteria for applying. Waiting for your response. |

Eligibility for DBT JRF ( DBT- Junior Research Fellowship ) :
1.For this you need to give the BET examination and Only the candidates who have completed degree in Bio Technology after 2013 are only eligible to apply. 2.Age should be below 28 years and Age relaxation as per the government norms. 3.You should have a graduation with minimum 60% of marks for Gen and OBC candidates. And 55% for SC/ST candidates. 4.There is Only three attempts available for each and every candidate. If you are interested to apply for DBT JRF you need to visit the Official website of DBT JRF . Click here .but you need to make payment before going to apply. Mode of selection : * Category I ( the students who have applied for Ph. D and there is a restriction in number about 275) * Category II (Based on DBT Examinations like NET and GATE ). |
