CSIR conducts NET every year twice in the month of June and December for science streams in the subjects such as Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Earth Sciences and Mathematical Sciences.
There is nothing like section-wise negative marking in this examination. Simply, for every wrong answer 25% of each marks will be deducted.
The pattern of CSIR for science stream is same for every subjects. I have attached the syllabus for Life Sciences , 3 sets of previous year question papers, eligibility criteria and pattern of CSIR-NET.
